1-Step Challenge Prop Firms
A one-step challenge has a single evaluation phase. Pass it and you move to a funded account. It is faster than a two-step program, but firms usually compensate with a tighter maximum loss, a trailing drawdown or a higher profit target. This list shows every firm in our directory that offers a one-step program.
How this list is built: Firms whose program types include a 1-step evaluation in our dataset. Sorted by review count. Ratings and review counts are a published third-party snapshot (Prop Firm Match), not our own reviews. What to check before you buy
- Check whether the maximum loss is static or trailing. Trailing drawdown changes how much room you really have.
- Compare the profit target to the maximum loss. A target equal to the loss limit is much harder than it looks.
- Look for minimum trading days and any consistency rule that applies on the funded account.
Frequently asked questions
Is a 1-step challenge easier than a 2-step?
It is quicker, not necessarily easier. A single phase often carries a tighter drawdown, so the margin for error is smaller.
